Cloud Picker is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a hands-on production role at our Dublin roastery. As a key player in our daily operations, you'll support the smooth flow of production - from packing and dispatching coffee to maintaining our workspace and engaging in quality control.

 

This role is ideal for someone self-driven, curious, and eager to contribute to the ongoing development of our craft. As a self-standing position, we will rely on your motivation and drive to succeed. Your role is crucial to the smooth running of our business and the continued development of the Cloud Picker brand.

 

Position: Production Assistant / Barista
Location: Cloud Picker Roastery, Crumlin, Dublin, Ireland
Reports to: Roastery Manager
Start Date: 20.03.26
Contract: 6 month fixed term, with potential to become permanent

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Maintain the upkeep of the production environment
• Clean roasting accessories (bins, white bins, etc.) and alert production staff when needed
• Assist in cleaning the production warehouse and lab area
• Carry out additional duties as required
• Participate in team and staff meetings
• Support daily coffee production
• Assist in bagging roasted whole bean and ground coffee
• Assist in grinding roasted coffee

• Competency in email, spreadsheets, and general computer applications
