Why Double Walls?

Traditional single-walled steel brewers lost heat fast and got uncomfortably hot on the outside. The O1 Steel uses a trapped air pocket between its inner and outer walls, the same thickness as the plastic O1 - giving you stable extraction temperatures, a cooler exterior, and a consistently better cup. No plastic. No shortcuts.
